What becomes of a personal data item that reaches us.

The name of the data protection officer, if one is appointed, is still to be provided.
What this site collects today: nothing
The site is entirely static and receives no data.
The form on the Contact page transmits nothing to the site. It prepares a message in your own email program, where you review it; nothing is sent until you send it yourself, and no third party is involved. What you type stays in your browser until then. From the moment you send it, your message is an ordinary email: see “When you write to us” below.
The subscription form on the home page works the same way: it prepares a subscription request in your email program, and nothing reaches us until you send it yourself.
The site also sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Details are on the Cookies page.
This section will need rewriting once a form transmits something to the site, for instance through a sending provider. It describes a state of affairs, not a policy.
What your browser keeps
Two preferences, in your browser’s local storage, sent to no one: the visitor profile you chose and the date you accepted the warning. See the Cookies page.
No third-party recipients
The site loads no resource from an outside server. Your IP address is disclosed to no one as a result of your visit, apart from the site’s hosting provider, which processes it in order to deliver the pages.
When you write to us
Messages sent to contact@finaltis.com are processed in order to answer your request, and for that purpose only. A subscription request is processed in order to send you the publications you have chosen, until you ask us to stop.
To be completed by compliance: legal basis, retention period, internal recipients, any processors, transfers outside the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you, as well as the right to data portability. These rights may be exercised by writing to contact@finaltis.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Hosting
To be provided: name, address and server location of the hosting provider.
Updates
This page will be revised whenever the site changes in ways that affect personal data, in particular when the forms are connected.
