Denis Beaudoin

Chairman Chief Investment Officer

Denis Beaudoin has been Chairman of Finaltis since its founding in 2001 and directs its investments. He has led or overseen all portfolio management functions, direct and indirect, for quantitative or discretionary funds and mandates, as well as the operational, control and sales functions. Until 2014, he took part in the incubation and development of 14 other asset management companies in France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States, and created more than thirty investment vehicles. Since 2015, he has led the refocusing of Finaltis on active management built around a core invested in equities. Previously, he managed institutional portfolios at Dexia Asset Management (1999-2001) and Paribas Asset Management (1998-1999), after Banque Paribas and Andersen Consulting. Since 2010, he has taught asset management at Master's level at Université Paris Dauphine. He is a graduate of HEC (1993).

Bruno Bernstein

Chief Executive Officer Chief Investment Officer, Equities

Bruno Bernstein has been Chief Executive Officer of Finaltis since November 2019 and Chief Investment Officer for equities since April 2019. He has been a partner of Finaltis since July 2017. Bruno joined the firm in early 2015 to launch the Finaltis Titans fund. He has nearly 25 years of experience in European and US equity markets. At CCF Securities, then within the HSBC group, Bruno advised the largest French and international institutional investors for more than thirteen years. He then managed an absolute return equity fund at Keren Finance for 4 years. Bruno holds a Master's in Finance and Capital Markets from ESG - Paris and a maîtrise in Economics and International Trade from ILERI.

Henri-Paul Adad

Deputy CEO Senior Portfolio Manager, Friedland Allocation Flexible and dedicated mandates

Henri-Paul Adad is Deputy CEO of Finaltis, in charge of the Friedland business unit. He joined Finaltis in November 2025 when Finaltis absorbed Friedland Gestion, of which he was Chief Executive Officer. He is senior portfolio manager of the Friedland Allocation Flexible fund. Henri-Paul has more than 45 years of experience in financial markets, as a trader and investor, within major financial institutions. Henri-Paul holds a DESS (M2-203) in Capital Markets from Université Paris-Dauphine.

Mélia Celestin

ESG Analyst

Mélia Celestin joined Finaltis in January 2021 as a non-financial analyst. Mélia holds a Master of Arts (Merits) from the Bartlett School of Architecture - University College London (2018), following a double Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy and History of Art from UCL - University College London. Mélia holds the AMF certification.

Rémy Croisille

Head of Research Senior Portfolio Manager, quantitative funds Finaltis EfficientBeta Euro and Cyril Systematic

Rémy Croisille joined Finaltis in May 2005 as a senior portfolio manager. He is currently Head of Research at Finaltis, working in that capacity across all portfolio management, and Senior Portfolio Manager of the Finaltis EfficientBeta Euro fund. Rémy taught mathematics for more than 10 years at several Paris universities. Since 1998, Rémy has held various market positions: in the debt markets research team at Paribas in London, as head of the alternative risk transfer desk at the bank C.P.R., and as manager of a statistical arbitrage fund at Calyon. Rémy is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure (Ulm) and holds several postgraduate degrees in mathematics and financial statistics, including a DEA in Statistics and Probability from Université Paris VI, where he graduated top of his year.

Hamdi Gabteni

Portfolio Manager, dedicated mandates

Hamdi Gabteni joined Finaltis in January 2020 as a Portfolio Management Assistant, in private client and fund management. He has been a portfolio manager since 1 January 2023. Hamdi is an engineer, with a Master's in Engineering specialising in Market Finance from ESILV-Paris. Hamdi holds the AMF certification and is a CFA candidate.

Xavier Gandrille

Deputy CEO Senior Portfolio Manager, PEA Actions Internationales, Macro Allocation Dynamique and dedicated mandates

A graduate of ESSEC, Xavier Gandrille began his career as a financial analyst. In 1992 he joined the brokerage firm Massonaud-Fontenay, before taking part in the founding of the asset management company Fontenay Gestion. He was the founding Chief Executive Officer of the asset management company Amplegest, then its Chairman and head of investment strategy. Drawing on his experience as a market economist and attentive to the needs of private clients, he joined Kirao to look after private clients, whose asset allocation he manages.

Frédéric Maréchal

A graduate of ESG, Frédéric Maréchal began his career as a portfolio manager at the brokerage firm Massonaud-Fontenay, then at Fontenay Gestion. He became a partner and co-founder of Amplegest, in charge of discretionary management for private clients. With more than 20 years’ experience in the financial markets serving demanding clients, he joined Kirao in 2016 to develop its private client business.

Olivier d'Arexy

Head of Risk Control

Olivier d'Arexy joined Finaltis in 2019. He is responsible for risk control. In this role, he works with the portfolio managers to assess risks more accurately. Since 1 February 2022, Olivier has supervised the management signals of the model underlying the Cyril Systematic fund. Previously, from 2008, Olivier was a quantitative researcher at the systematic asset management company John Locke Investments. Olivier is a graduate engineer (2006) of ESIEE, specialising in signal processing. Olivier has also held the CFA charter since 2018.
