Discretionary mandates

Wealth management with an equity core.

  • Since May 2017, diversified discretionary management: the Triple A approach (Active Allocations in Equities).
  • For insurers, family offices and wealth advisers, through unit-linked contracts or direct holdings.
  • Our institutional approach, adapted to serving their high-end private clients.
  • At the core of the portfolio: direct equity holdings of an “investment grade” type, not bonds.
  • Around that core, a highly active diversified allocation: thematic equities and/or UCITS, by profile.
  • As at 30 September 2026, more than 600 Triple A mandates, mainly in Luxembourg dedicated internal funds.

Management company authorised by the AMF, signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment.

Three combined performance drivers

Finaltis funds, third-party thematic funds and direct private-wealth holdings, weighted according to the profile chosen.

A tailored portfolio

Companies, not tickers: we select businesses whose model, governance and ability to create value over time we understand.

The Triple A approach

Our four management convictions.

  1. Volatility does not measure the real risk to the investor.

  2. What is safe in the short term is risky in the long term… and the other way round.

  3. Company earnings and share prices: weakly correlated in the short term, strongly correlated in the long term.

  4. We look for damaged share prices, never damaged companies.

Investing is like buying a farm that will give you good milk and good eggs.
